Our concern was unwarranted!!!!

I had read the reviews on here after booking the hotel and was concerned about the food, hotel and resort. These concerns were unfounded as from the moment we stepped into the hotel the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The check in was very well organized and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The room was slightly dated but nothing uncommon for the Caribbean. The mini bar was well stocked with refills as often as required but definitely every two days… We will going back there pretty soon!

Arrived tired , Fast check in with complimentry drinks and baggage sent to the room made the holiday a great start.room was stunning and the mini bar with optics was full and the fridge was fully stocked . Early wake up and wow a great choice for food in the buffet hall . we had our filll and explored the hotel. great facilities stunning pools and scenery and right on the beach front. The staff was awesome very friendly and great with the kids .

I believe I have quite high standards but that I'm also realistic, and I honestly can't understand some of the negative reviews I've seen of this place. I visited in July/August with my 18 year old daughter and we had a lovely time. To summarise: Check-in - this was quick, easy and well organised. We were given a welcome drink and our luggage was taken away to be delivered to our room.
